The right production team for a project that's actually happening.
I watch for game launches, product drops and new campaigns, ask the people behind them whether the video side is covered, and if it isn't, introduce one to three teams that fit the brief. The client doesn't pay me.
Got an email from me?
Then you're probably here to check I'm a real person. Fair. Here's the short version.
Hi,
I wrote to you because something public, like a release date, a new product or a campaign, made me think video might be on your list. I research each company by hand and write each email myself. There's no list I bought and no bot.
I'm not selling you anything. I'm asking whether you'd like help finding a production team. If you already have one, just reply "covered". That one word is a complete answer, and I won't follow up.
If you'd like help, reply with a line about what you need and I'll take it from there.

How it works
Three steps. You can stop at any of them.
- 00:01
I ask first
I spot a moment, such as a launch date, a new market or a new product line, and ask whether the video side is already covered. Most of the time it is.
- 00:02
We write a short brief
If you want help, we pin down the scope, rough budget, timeline and style over email or a short call. Nothing goes to anyone until you say so.
- 00:03
You meet one to three teams
I introduce teams whose recent work and price range fit the brief. You talk to them directly and choose one, or none.
What I match
I'm starting with two areas and adding more as I find good teams for them.
| Game studios | Launch and Early Access trailers, demo and festival trailers, console and platform trailers | around a release date, a Steam festival or a port |
|---|---|---|
| Consumer brands | Launch commercials, retail and campaign video, social ad content | around a new product, a new retailer or a new marketing lead |
| Something else | If your project needs a specialist production partner, send me one line about it. I'll tell you honestly whether I can help. | any time |
You don't pay me. The production team pays a referral fee, and only if your project goes ahead.
- Who pays
- The production team you choose. Never the client.
- When it's agreed
- In writing, before I make any introduction.
- If nothing goes ahead
- Nobody owes anybody anything.
For production teams
Trailer houses, commercial studios, motion and video teams.
Do you make trailers, commercials or campaign video? I bring you projects where the client has already said they want help, with the contact who decides, a rough budget and a timeline.
- ✓Warm, not cold. The client asked for an introduction before you hear their name.
- ✓Pay on close. A referral fee we agree upfront, which you pay only when a project is signed.
- ✓Fit first. You only get briefs that match your style, budget range and schedule.

Who's behind this
I'm Sanyam. I run Sure Serve Solutions from India and work across European, American and Asia-Pacific hours. Good video teams are hard to find, and good clients are hard to reach. I do the work in the middle: the research, the first conversation and a careful match.
If anything here is unclear, ask. You'll get a reply from me, usually within a working day.
